Wilson Ranch at Berthoud I-25 interchange receives site certification from Xcel Energy

Berthoud, Colorado (May 4, 2018) – Wilson Ranch, a 1,600-acre site located at the southeast quadrant at the Berthoud I-25 interchange, has recently been approved as a Certified Site by Xcel Energy. The site has gone through a rigorous review and verification process resulting in the site been fully prepared to accommodate development. Wilson Ranch is strategically located approximately 40 miles north of Denver along the I-25 corridor and within forty minutes of the Denver International Airport, Colorado University at Boulder and Colorado State University.
