The following privacy statement is designed to provide information on what information is collected when the site is visited and how that data may be used. It does not apply to any external sites linked to from the Town of Berthoud Web site.

2) Non-personally Identifiable Information

Certain non-personally identifiable information is collected by the web site. This information is to monitor use of the web site and its components. Information that may be collected includes your public Internet Protocol (IP) address and domain name, the type of web browser you are using, the kind of operating system you are using, date and time of your visit, the web pages and services visited on the site.
All information gathers through the web site will not be used by the Town for any reason other than the purpose for which the data was provided. The Town does not share personally identifiable information with third parties unless required to do so by the Colorado Open Records Act, Colorado Revised Statutes Section 24-72-101 et seq., or by other applicable law.
